Our Mission
Betera is Pre-Old English for "of superior quality or excellence." Betera truly started as a vision of what the IT Service and Consulting Industry could be, if only things were Betera.
Our team originally wanted to find a way to solve the problems we faced every day as consultants, contractors, government employees, and IT Pro's. After speaking to colleagues that shared the same mindset as us all across the industry, we knew it needed to change. Shortly after, Betera was born.
We figured out that the best way to make a difference would be through the continued innovation of automation, AI, and leveraging the true power of a fully-remote workforce. ​
Each one of our IT Pro's were drawn to us because they share the same mission: "To Make IT Betera." It's a silly slogan, but it really does form the pillars of everything we do here. We care about our employees and have a direct partnership with each one of our team of expert IT Pro's. We want to be the leading example of what integrated IT Services and Consulting can look like in a Betera future. And ultimately, without them... we could never achieve our goals!
We want the best for our clients, and rely on all of them to keep Betera running. Because we do not believe in long-term contracts, our services are only ever limited to a monthly billing model. We feel it gives our clients the flexibility to do as little or as much as they need at any given month. Not only that, but because we only do fixed cost/term contracts, we are beholden to the client to put our best foot forward, every time. We do not know if you will renew with us next month, but we're betting that you will.

We charge a fair market rate for our services and never upcharge based on your companies size. By utilizing a network of highly-skilled labor across the entire industry, we can connect you with the ideal, hand-picked candidate for your project, consultation, and/or support, every time.
